The Bundestag accused Scholz of losing touch with reality
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has lost touch with reality, said Friedrich Merz, leader of the German opposition party Christian Democratic Union (CDU), during a speech in the Bundestag.
This is how he commented on Scholz's speech to the deputies. According to him, Scholz's state of mind is "troubling."
Merz also said that the German authorities were "disoriented and unable to act," and accused its members of constant quarrels among themselves.
Earlier, the leader of the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, Tino Khrupalla, criticized Germany's energy policy. According to him, Germany will soon cease to be a significant economic partner.
