In the Khabarovsk Territory, the best yard coach will be chosen. Open voting will take place on the portal “Voice 27” from November 25 to December 9, reported in the government of the region. In total, 11 specialists from Khabarovsk, Vaninsky, Ayano-Maysky, Solnechny, Bikinsky, Nanaisky, Amursky, Nikolaevsky, Okhotsky and Lazo districts submitted applications for participation. The competition is held in two stages: assessment of the achievements of candidates and open Internet voting.
“The main task of the competition is to make mass sports accessible in all regions, to give an opportunity for the further development of children’s and youth sports. Already now we can say that physical education classes are held everywhere. And this is a great merit of our coaches,” he said. Dmitry Chikunov, Minister of Sports of the Khabarovsk Territory.
27 sports instructors from 15 districts of the region participate in the regional project “Yard Coach”. In total, the “people’s mentors” held about 300 sports events and about two thousand free trainings. The results of this year’s competition will be summed up on December 15.
