Lawyers are preparing a counterclaim

This year marks six years since the death of the ex-soloist of the Ivanushki International group Oleg Yakovlev. However, passions around his name continue to boil until now.

After himself, Yakovlev left a solid legacy: he had five apartments (three in Moscow and two abroad), a car, antique furniture, money, jewelry and much more. The common-law wife of the artist Alexander Kutsevol, his niece Tatyana and university friend Roman Radov, to whom Oleg left his Moscow property by will, fought for this good “not for life, but to death”.

Everything was used, including forbidden tricks. For example, in the process of “sharing property”, Kutsevol several times stated that she was not only the civil wife of the musician, but also the official one. Alexandra twice provided the court with papers from the registry office: first from the Serbian city of Cacak, then from Belgrade. In an attempt to challenge the will, Kutsevol tried to declare her husband insane, which irritated his friends and relatives.

– Alexandra Kutsevol believes that this will, in view of the vice of the will of the heir, violated her rights. That is, Oleg simply did not understand what he was doing when he was compiling the papers, because he was very sick. Our client does not agree with her,” Ekaterina Rubashkina, Roman Radov’s lawyer, told journalists.

However, they failed to prove anything. During the proceedings, the court sided with the legal heirs. And Kutsevol, who was not listed in the document, had to give up her claims (and she wanted to get half of the property, a car and the rights to Oleg’s songs) and leave the musician’s apartment on Derbenevskaya Embankment, where she lived. The girl did it.

She took all the furniture with her. All tech. Pulled the TV off the wall. I took clothes, photos. Even bath accessories (such as a brush or watering can). She left almost nothing, – the artist’s niece Tatyana Yakovleva lamented

In theory, everything should have ended with this “beautiful gesture”, but no. Alexandra continues to fight desperately for her property rights. As it became known to MK, not so long ago, the girl again sued Roman Radov.

“Sasha believes that since Roman deprived her of her home, he is obliged to compensate her for the damage,” said actress Tatyana Karmatkova. – For example, while she lived in Oleg’s apartment, she had to pay for the apartment itself, water, electricity, etc. Radov must return this money to her for the entire time of her stay. This is about 200 thousand rubles. And I think it’s fair. Poor girl, she loved Oleg so much. She gave her all to him. And she was kicked out into the street. I think she should get some kind of compensation for this. By the way, the court is now of the same opinion. As far as I know, Sashenka won this particular case. With which we can only congratulate her.

Now Roman’s lawyers are preparing a counterclaim against Kutsevol, but time will tell what will come of it. As for Kutsevol’s friend, Tatyana Karmatka, the girl herself recently became a victim of blackmailers. The attackers forced the blonde beauty to pay them about 10 thousand dollars, otherwise they would post discrediting information about her on the Internet. That’s just Tatyana turned out to be a girl of a non-timid dozen and went to court.
