“At 18.15, air defense went off in the Verkhnesadovoe area. The object was hit. At a high altitude, so the sound was heard in different parts of the city. Previously – again a drone. We remain calm, the city is under reliable protection,” he wrote.

Also on August 20, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was shot down in Sevastopol. According to Razvozzhaev, the drone fell on the roof of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet, no one was hurt.

Also earlier in the afternoon, the governor of Sevastopol informedwho checked the condition of the bomb shelters in the city and instructed to install signs to them. He stressed that the residents of Sevastopol do not need to panic, but “it is important to know” where the shelters are and how to get to them.

On July 31, at a meeting of the headquarters of the anti-terrorist commission in Sevastopol, the city authorities decided to introduce a “yellow” (high) level of terrorist threat. This decision was made after a drone attack on the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet, as a result of which five employees of the headquarters were injured.
