Thai authorities lifted all coronavirus entry restrictions

Thailand has lifted the state of emergency, which was introduced due to the coronavirus epidemic. The corresponding decree was published by the Royal Thai Government Gazzette. The restrictions have been in place for over two years and have since been extended 19 times.
From entering the kingdom, they will no longer be required to have a vaccination certificate or test results for coronavirus. This should attract the flow of tourists to Thailand. For Russian travelers, the only problem will now be the lack of direct flights.
One of the Russian airlines is already planning to restore flights to Bangkok. From October 30, planes will fly there daily. In addition, the Thai government extended the visa-free stay of foreign tourists to 45 days. The exemption will be valid from October 1 to March 31.
Despite the lifting of anti-covid restrictions, the Thai Ministry of Health recommends wearing masks in crowded places. This is especially true given that people with mild cold symptoms will not be isolated. And those who have been in contact with patients with COVID are asked to simply monitor their health on their own.
