Tennis player from Moscow region won the International Championship



Tennis player from the Moscow region Elena Pridankina won the international competition “W40 Funchal”. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Physical Education and Sports of the Moscow Region. She won the women's doubles title.

The athlete represents the sports training center for Olympic sports in the Moscow region. The girl trains under the guidance of Honored Trainer of Russia Artem Derepasko. Elena performed in tandem with Anastasia Kovaleva as part of the Russian national team.

In the final match, the Russians' opponents were Ines Murtha from Portugal and Yasmine Mansouri from France. The Pridankin-Kovalev pair won with a score of 6:2, 6:3. The W40 International Tennis Championship was held from November 13 to 19 in the Portuguese city of Funchal.
