On the basis of the Zvezda sports and recreation hall in the city of Serpukhov, in January, the qualifying competitions of the municipal stage of the regional competitions of the school sports League in tag rugby among the teams of educational organizations of the city district were held. Such competitions were held in Serpukhov for the first time.
9 teams of boys and 7 teams of girls born in 2009-2010 took part in them. Games in subgroups were held in a round robin system.
The final games will take place on January 26 in the Zvezda sports hall.
Among the young men, teams from schools No. 2, 19 and Gymnasium No. 1 will meet.
Among the girls in the struggle for the first place, the teams of school No. 19 and Gymnasium No. 1 will meet, for the third place – the teams of school No. 2 and the Proletarian School.
