Swedish developer Bonava announced that it has found a new buyer for its assets in St. Petersburg. They will be the local group RBI, reported on the developer's website.

“An agreement was reached with the development and construction company RBI Group on the sale of Bonava subsidiaries in St. Petersburg,” the report says.

The transaction, the amount of which is about 3.3 billion rubles. (440,000 SEK) has yet to be approved by the authorities. As Bonava expects, it will be possible to close it in the III quarter.

Bonava, having announced their withdrawal from Russia back in March 2022, at the beginning of October of the same year informedwhich will sell assets in St. Petersburg to the developer G-Group with an office in Kazan for 5.9 billion rubles.

In November, G-Group announced that it was withdrawing from the deal due to the long time it took for it to be approved by the Russian authorities.
