Surimi sticks sold in all Intermarché stores in France recalled

Two products are concerned and both belong to the Odyssée brand. In detail, these are boxes of 30 and 48 surimi sticks, weighing 500 and 800 grams respectively. The first batch recalled is 00122366, with barcode 3250390859963 and a best before date (BBD) of 09/22/2022. The second batch is 00122368. It has barcode 3250391134342 and its DLC is also 09/22/2022.
A refund until September 16
These surimi sticks were sold in all Intermarché stores in France between July 4 and September 2, 2022. But due to a “change in sensory perception“, the retail brand strongly advised against continuing to consume this product. Customers can therefore benefit from a refund before the end of the recall procedure, on September 16, 2022.
Last week, the Carrefour group recalled two of its products. These were the jars of apricot jam and orange marmalade which were likely to contain metallic foreign bodies.
