Steven Seagal is an American actor and screenwriter. In November 2016, by decree of Vladimir Putin, he received Russian citizenship. The passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation was personally handed to him by the Russian president. He was appointed to the post of special representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry in August 2018. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Dominic San Rocco Segal also has Russian citizenship.
