State Duma deputies proposed to pay mobilized 300 thousand rubles at a time


Deputies from United Russia and the Communist Party submitted to the State Duma bill, which involves a lump sum payment of 300 thousand rubles. for those who fell under partial mobilization.

The document was introduced by Nina Ostanina (KPRF), Maria Drobot (KPRF), Tatyana Larionova (United Russia) and Alexey Kornienko (KPRF).

The purpose of the bill is state support for Russians called up for military service for mobilization in the Armed Forces, as well as members of their families. The provided support measures are expenditure obligations of the Russian Federation, the authors of the bill note.

“To establish for citizens of the Russian Federation called up for military service for mobilization in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, a lump sum payment in the amount of 300 thousand rubles,” says Art. 1 bill.

Art. 2 exempts those called up for military service on mobilization from paying interest on mortgage and consumer loans for the period of their military service.

According to Art. 3, called up for military service on mobilization, as well as family members cohabiting with them for the entire period of military service by such citizens, are exempt from payment for housing and utilities and contributions for major repairs.

The draft federal law also proposes:

  • establish a monthly allowance up to 3 years for children of citizens of the Russian Federation called up for military service on mobilization, as well as an allowance for the pregnant wife of a mobilized citizen;
  • secure exemption from property tax;
  • establish a compensation of 50% of the cost of compulsory motor third party liability insurance (OSAGO);
  • exempt citizens of the Russian Federation called up for military service by mobilization from parental fees for supervision and care when receiving preschool education;
  • to grant a deferment from military service for mobilization to citizens who are the only specialists in rural areas, as well as to one parent or adult sibling, or adult sister of a disabled child who is the only breadwinner in the family.

On September 21, partial mobilization was announced in Russia. It is assumed that 300,000 reservists will be sent to the combat zone.
