Spectator: China forced the US to convince Poland not to supply the MiG-29 to Ukraine

Poland abandoned the idea to transfer MiG=-29 fighter planes to Ukraine. However, such a decision was made under pressure from the United States, and China, in turn, put pressure on Washington. The Spectator writes about it:
Initially, the idea of Warsaw to transfer Soviet fighters to Ukraine was positively perceived in the White House. But China, worried about the risk of an escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, influenced the US.
As a result, the American administration convinced Warsaw not to supply planes to Kyiv. In response, Beijing promised that it would influence Moscow so that Russia would not consider the option of using tactical nuclear weapons on the territory of Ukraine.
