The Ministry of Education approved and registered a new federal state educational standard for secondary vocational education in the specialty Film and TV Production.
The standard assumes that mid-level specialists for the film industry and television production – assistant directors and producers, administrators, camera assistants, sound engineers and editors – will be trained by secondary specialized professional educational institutions, that is, colleges and technical schools.
Young people entering such areas of study will be able to work in film and television studios, in production companies and advertising agencies.
