Blogger Maxim Lyuty refused to admit guilt in the death of his one-month-old son who died of exhaustion. The Investigative Committee of the Krasnodar Territory opened a criminal case against him. Investigators believe that the man deprived the child of food several times. He has been charged with torture and murder.
The boy became ill on March 8 due to a long refusal to eat, he died on the way to the hospital. It became known that Lyuby took the child from his mother at least three times a month and did not feed him for a day.
“He still has not pleaded guilty to the death of his son,” the source said.
Depriving the baby of food, the father wanted to accustom him to a raw food diet. It is not yet known whether the mother tried to somehow influence the situation. She, unlike the boy’s father, is charged with causing death by negligence. The woman was placed under house arrest.
