Slepakov lost more than Galkin: European fees of stars who escaped from Russia are named

“Ticket sales are transparent, there are no corporate parties”

The stars who escaped from Russia are now actively touring in Europe. In order not to be left without a livelihood, they are forced to open new tour routes. Fortunately, there are now many refugees from Ukraine in all cities of Europe. However, despite the fact that Galkin (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia), Slepakov and other escapees have concerts, they receive much less than in Russia. This was told to MK by the concert promoter, ex-director of Sofia Rotaru Sergey Lavrov.

– In Europe, the fees of all the departed stars are much lower than in Russia, – Sergey assures. – There you can not get part of the fee in an envelope. The organizer must show the full gross of the concert. Everything is very transparent: all tickets go through a separate official system. Plus – do not forget that you need to pay all related costs. Renting a hall, equipment, lighting equipment – in Europe everything costs much more.

– As far as I know, contributions to the RAO are also higher in the West?

– Yes, much higher. In Russia, 5 percent from each concert should be deducted to RAO, and in Italy, for example, 15 percent. If you put all the expenses together, it turns out that there is much less money left for the artists.

– But they still hardly starve!

– Of course not. The main category of tickets for the performances of departed stars is 50-70 euros. There are more expensive ones – 200 euros each, but there are very few of them. For example, Galkin, speaking in Europe, receives 20 thousand euros for each performance.

– Did he have more in Russia?

– In Russia, he received somewhere in the region of two million. Corporates cost more. But Slepakov suffered the most because of his hatred of Russia.

– And what about him?

– He had a lot of reserves in Russia, unlike the same Galkin. Semyon received a lot of money – 50 thousand euros for a corporate party. And he had, I repeat, very, very many of them. Every official, every businessman wanted to see Slepakov at his birthday. Now he can only dream of such earnings. In Europe, he receives at best twenty thousand euros. But he has few performances. Therefore, he lost, of course, a lot.
