Shot put enthusiasts were invited to the Yunost stadium in Petrozavodsk

On October 3, at the Yunost stadium in Petrozavodsk, a shot put tournament (0+) will be held, dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Fedorovich Titov, master of sports of the USSR, record holder of Karelia and participant in seven Spartakiads of the peoples of the USSR. The competition will start at 15:00, participants will be divided into age groups: boys and girls under 14 and 16 years old, as well as senior athletes and amateurs, who will start at 16:15. The organizer of the tournament, Olympic Reserve Sports School No. 3, invites all sports fans to take part in the event. Applications for participation can be submitted online or on site one hour before the start of the competition.

Previously an athlete from Karelia entered the top five at the half marathon in St. Petersburg.
