‘Santa Barbara’ actress files for divorce

Golden Globe-winning Hollywood actress Robin Wright has filed for divorce from her husband, Saint Laurent executive Clement Girodet, Tmz.com reports.
The marriage lasted four years. The official reason for the separation is the irreconcilable contradictions between the spouses, the age difference between them is 22 years.
She is known to the Russians for filming in the TV series “Santa Barbara”. At the age of 18, Wright landed the role of Kelly Capwell on the beloved soap opera, for which she received three Emmy nominations. She met her first husband, Joe Perkins, just on the set of the series. From her second husband, actor and director Sean Penn, Wright has two children.
On January 12, 2014, Wright was awarded the Golden Globe Award for her role in the television series House of Cards.
