Sailing competitions take place in Sochi

The Sochi embankment has become a venue for three sailing competitions at once. The Russian Championship in the Olympic classes, the Russian Championship and the Commonwealth Open Cup started in the city on September 24 and will last until the end of the month.
250 yachtsmen take part in the competition. In the Russian Championship, domestic athletes will show their skills in managing 6 classes of yachts. The Commonwealth Open Cup is held in 5 Olympic disciplines, in which Russian and Belarusian yachtsmen try their hand. The championship will reveal the strongest yachtsman among juniors.
Earlier, MK Sochi wrote that in October the city will host Paralympic athletes to participate in the Summer Games.
