Russia's international reserves increased by $0.3 billion over the week


Central Bank of Russia reported about the country's international reserves. From September 9 to September 16, they increased by 0.1% and amounted to $557.7 billion. Before that, Russia's international reserves had been declining for four weeks.

On February 18, the volume of reserves reached an all-time high of $643.2 billion, and then began to decline. In March, Finance Minister Anatoly Siluanov informedthat half of Russia's gold and foreign exchange reserves ($300 billion out of $640 billion) were frozen due to sanctions.
