To return the ticket, you need to contact the railway ticket office with a summons / mobilization order, which indicates the time of arrival at the collection point. You also need to have an ID with you.
“Tickets for long-distance trains that were not used due to conscription for military service as part of partial mobilization can be returned without additional fees and charges, even if they were purchased at a “non-refundable” fare,”— said in RZD.
Since September 21 in Russia by decree of Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization. Aeroflot also promised return the cost of the ticket to the relatives of the mobilized in full. According to decree government, it is impossible to dismiss mobilized employees.
