Neighbors complained more than once when they met: if you go to the post office on any issue, you will lose a lot of time because of the queues. The branch of the Russian Post 125252 has been located on Novopeschanaya Street for many years. But, they say, there have never been such pandemoniums as there are now.

I happened to get into an unpleasant story the other day. A trifling question: to receive a registered letter. Came early in the day. I saw a large crowd of suffering people. I received a ticket, which indicated that there were 23 people in front of me. Decided to go at a different time. But even in the evening the picture was no better - 22 people counted the device in front of me on the way to the window.

Speaking of windows. The official website says about 10 service windows in this branch. I counted eight of them. And it worked - that in the morning, that in the evening - only three. This is what causes queues.

I stood for about 15 minutes. I tried to be indignant. Somehow I got through on the phone number, which was suggested to be used in case of waiting for more than 10 minutes. Reported an unfortunate situation. They promised to send SMS to the head of the department. Another 15 minutes passed. Requested someone from the authorities.

A lady who came out from behind the scenes introduced herself as the head of the department and explained that there weren’t enough operators, she had only seven people in her staff today, who should also be divided into two shifts - this is with 10 declared jobs! Therefore, large queues of customers for a branch are an everyday phenomenon and quite normal.

And she completely laid the blame for such a disgrace on the personnel department of the central office. They do not send, they say, workers - so you have to manage with small forces. Looking for operators? No, he says, it's none of my business. Do not go out into the street in search of personnel!

We have two main questions for the management of Russian Post. First: why are there not enough operators in branches all over Moscow (and we received a lot of such signals from our readers)? And second: what is the interest of the heads of post offices in the quality work of their enterprise? You can, of course, ask a third question: do the personnel officers of the Russian Post regularly receive bonuses for their “valiant work”?
