Russian Ambassador to Israel Anatoly Viktorov said that Russia calls on the parties to the conflict to immediately stop hostilities in the Middle East.
Speaking on the Rossiya 24 TV channel, the diplomat noted that “our call is very simple - it’s time to immediately stop hostilities.”
He called for a stop to “violating the territorial integrity and sovereignty of neighboring countries.” The Russian diplomat noted that the parties to the conflict in the Middle East should engage in a real search for a political and diplomatic solution. Viktorov described the current situation as extremely dangerous.
