Rostourism is studying the issue of deferment for specialists in the tourism sector

The Federal Agency for Tourism is considering the appeal of the Russian Union of Tourism Industry (PCT) on the issue of granting a deferral for partial mobilization of tourism workers. This was reported TASS in the press service of the agency.

“We received a letter from colleagues – now it is being worked out. We are talking about booking specialists critical for the smooth operation of the industry – general managers, chief engineers and a number of other specialties, ”said the Rostourism.

As part of the partial mobilization announced by Russian President Vladimir Putin, it is planned to call on 300,000 reservists. According to the General Staff, the delay is valid for employees of the military-industrial complex, the banking sector, employees of IT companies, telecom operators and the media. Employees of executive authorities and local self-government may also receive a deferment. By data “Kommersant”, after them, pilots, air traffic controllers and sailors have already lined up for a deferment. Electronics manufacturers requested reservations for their specialists, and associations of pharmaceutical companies were going to do the same.
