Dmitry Rogozin, the former director general of Roskosmos and the current head of the special detachment of military advisers “Tsar’s Wolves”, said that the combat version of the “Marker” robot will be able to automatically detect and hit Ukrainian military equipment.
In particular, the “Marker” will be able to eliminate Western tanks, including Leopard and Abrams.
“In the combat version of this robot, the control system contains an electronic catalog with images of targets both in the visible range and in infrared. Being on the front line, the “Marker” will be able to automatically determine the enemy’s equipment,” Rogozin said.
He clarified that the Russian robot will be able to automatically prioritize targets, select the most significant and first hit it with the appropriate firepower.
According to him, in February, four Marker robots will be delivered to the Donbass, both in shock and reconnaissance versions.
