Four Marker unmanned robots capable of hitting Abrams and Leopard tanks have arrived in Donbass. This was announced by the ex-general director of Roskosmos Dmitry Rogozin.

“The first four Marker robots arrived in the region on schedule. We are starting to upload images of targets, working out combat algorithms as part of a group of combat robots and installing powerful anti-tank weapons, ” wrote he is in his Telegram channel.

According to Rogozin, the strike version of the Marker can automatically detect and hit the Abrams and Leopard 2 tanks promised to Kyiv. The Marker works autonomously, can identify enemy equipment at a distance of at least 15 km, prioritize enemy targets and hit them with its own fire targets he explained.

On January 25, Germany and the United States announced the delivery of 14 Leopard 2 tanks and 31 M1 Abrams tanks to Kyiv. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius specified that the first German military equipment would arrive in Ukraine in late March or early April. Poland, Finland, Norway, Portugal, Spain and the Netherlands also announced plans to transfer Leopard tanks to Kyiv.

In January, the Kremlin said that the supply of tanks to Kyiv would not change the situation, but would “add problems” for Ukraine.
