RIA Novosti, referring to the data of activists, reported that the head of the Nikolaev regional administration controlled by Kyiv, Vitaly Kim, fled from Nikolaev due to possible shelling.
According to the underground, at the moment Kim is in Odessa.
“He left Nikolaev. He is afraid of arrivals in places where he thumps and uses coke. We do not know exactly where he is and we have prepared leaflets that we will hang around the city,” the activist added.
The video footage that the underground gave to the publication showed a leaflet with a photograph of Kim and the inscription in English “Wanted”, which means “wanted”.
Recall that Vitaly Kim posted the last video from Nikolaev in his Telegram channel on September 11th.
