Reuters: EU leaders may approve new sanctions against Russia in Prague

Among the new measures may be the introduction of an oil price ceiling, as well as increased restrictions on high-tech exports to Russia. In addition, new sanctions against individuals and a ban on the export of luxury goods to the Russian Federation may be adopted.
Poland and the Baltic States are proposing to ban the import of Russian diamonds and confiscate Russian assets in Europe. However, such measures are unlikely to receive full support, the agency notes.
