The representative of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and a member of the National Security Committee of the Rada, Fyodor Venislavsky, said that Moscow is a legitimate military target of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He said this in an interview with Bild newspaper.
According to him, there is an opinion in the West that Ukraine should guarantee the non-use of military equipment on the territory of the Russian Federation.
“This is an idea from a parallel world,” he said.
Venislavsky claims that all places where there are Russian missiles are legitimate military targets, including Moscow. However, the question of whether Ukraine will launch any strikes depends on the decisions of the military leadership, he added.
Earlier, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev saidthat in the event of UAF strikes on Crimea, there will be no negotiations, only retaliation strikes.
