The head of the representative office of the Luhansk People’s Republic in the Russian Federation, Rodion Miroshnik, told reporters that the preparation of an agreement on joining the Russian Federation had entered the final stage.
According to him, the necessary procedures must be followed in this matter, and an agreement has been signed.
“The content of the international treaty on the entry of the LPR into the Russian Federation is very important. There is no point in hurrying too much, it is already ready. Now … its main provisions are being cleaned up,” Miroshnik said.
