Regional competitions for children with disabilities were held in Vologda

Every year on Children’s Day in Vologda, regional competitions are held for young Vologda residents with disabilities. The day before, they took place at the Vityaz sports and recreation complex. Students of pedagogical faculties helped to organize the sports event.
The children played basketball and tennis and also scored goals. At the end of the competition there was a relay race. And at the very end of the event, the children received souvenirs and gifts from the regional department of physical culture and sports.
As the experts noted, the participants always prepare in advance and really want to show a good result. This is the 22nd time such competitions have been held.
