Professional Logistics Technologies (PLT), established by the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and a number of Middle Eastern funds to invest in logistics real estate, has bought 395,000 sq. m of warehouses in the Moscow region and the Samara region. This was told to Vedomosti by three consultants who worked with the participants in the transaction, and a source close to one of them confirmed it. According to them, we are talking about a 260,000 sq. m in the industrial park “PNK park Pushkino 2” and a similar facility for 135,000 sq. m in the city of Chapaevsk. The tenant of all these areas is the online retailer Ozon.

The parties reached an agreement on this deal last year, but it is not known exactly when it was closed, Vedomosti’s interlocutors say. A source close to one of the companies involved in the deal claims that this happened as early as 2021, but two consultants assure that all legal formalities were completed only now. In any case, neither PLT nor PNK group reported this. The representative of the first did not respond to Vedomosti’s request. A representative of the PNK group declined to comment.
