The Ministry of Labor is planning a law “On Combating Corruption” and dismissing bosses for inaction in a conflict of interest of subordinates. This was reported in RBC with reference to the draft amendments.

The department has prepared amendments to the law “On Combating Corruption”.

According to the proposal, it is the responsibility of managers to take measures to avoid conflicts of interest among subordinates.

“If the boss was aware of the conflict of interest and he was inactive, then he is subject to dismissal due to loss of confidence, follows from the document,” RBC informed.

Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Labor plans to index payments, benefits and compensation by 11.9%.
