Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov recommended that regional authorities open kiosks with clothes and food at the entrances to shopping centers and shops. This was reported RBC with reference to the relevant document, the authenticity of which was confirmed in the apparatus of the Deputy Prime Minister. It is assumed that such recommendations will allow the regions to develop the sale of domestic products.

In addition to kiosks, it is also recommended to install pavilions, tents, trays and mobile shops. The authorities propose to provide these sites on preferential terms. Opening sales in this format is primarily recommended for producers of agricultural and food products: farmers, manufacturers of textiles, clothing and footwear.

According to RBC, these measures implement the government’s order of 2021 on ensuring food security, stimulating entrepreneurship and expanding the sales of domestic products. The press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade reported that the document is advisory in nature.
