According to the post RBCin Russia, the developer of the federal application “People’s Inspector” was determined, through which each citizen registered in the system will be able to record a number of traffic violations on his phone, and on the basis of this, drivers will be fined.

It is noted that the tender for the revision of the already existing application “Moscow Helper” for its withdrawal to the federal level was announced last year by the capital’s government through the Center for Traffic Management (TsODD). According to the publication, the Software Product group of companies will be developing the federal application, the data on the conclusion of the contract with which were published on the public procurement website.

The project documentation states that the contractor will have 415 calendar days from the date of signing the contract to complete and configure the Moscow Assistant software and hardware complex (PAK PM), and its total amount was 134.5 million rubles.
