Putin called for faster implementation of unique scientific achievements in medicine
Unique scientific achievements must be introduced into domestic medicine as quickly as possible. Russian President Vladimir Putin stated this when welcoming participants and guests of the Second Forum of Future Technologies on Tuesday, February 13.
“It is very important that the unique achievements of research teams and clinicians are introduced into practice, into the work of our hospitals and clinics, as quickly as possible,” said the head of state.
The president also added that scientific progress opens up enormous prospects in biomedicine, genomic and neurotechnologies, as well as artificial intelligence technologies.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin said that life expectancy in Russia exceeded the pre-pandemic figure. According to him, in 2023 the mortality rate has decreased significantly, especially among infants.
