The corresponding decree was published on the official portal legal information.

It follows from the presidential decree that this resource will collect data on all citizens registered with the military. The exception will be information about officers of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation and the Federal Security Service in reserve.

The list of information to be recorded included, in particular, data on the place of registration of citizens, as well as their property, the presence of a criminal record, the presence of a driver’s license, health status, phone numbers, email addresses.

The Ministry of Defense was instructed to coordinate the information resource, which, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the heads of regions, must transfer data on citizens subject to military registration into electronic form by December 30, 2022.
