Putin announced the need to improve the characteristics of military equipment

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the country needs not only to increase the production of military equipment, but also to improve its characteristics. According to the head of state, it is important to provide the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation with everything necessary for conducting a special operation in Ukraine.

“At the same time, I emphasize that it is important for us not only to increase the volumes and range of deliveries, but also to improve the quality characteristics of products. That is why the direct connection of manufacturers, design centers with those who use this technique is so important. I look forward to hearing today how this mechanism works,” Mr. Putin said during a meeting with members of the Coordinating Council for Meeting the Needs of the RF Armed Forces (quoted from site Kremlin).

According to him, it is important to pay attention to the issues of equipment, equipment, medicine, monetary allowances for military personnel, and construction work for military purposes.

The Coordinating Council to meet the needs of the armed forces was created on October 21.
