Putin and Shoigu are framed with mobilization: reports are more important than people

You don’t need to be a military expert, and you don’t even need to be a “sofa analyst” to see how, in the most important matter – in mobilization – they begin, using outdated turns, eyewash, a rampant plan and excesses on the ground. Some military commissariats openly frame both the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Putin and Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu with their actions. And what is even more important – the front and the country.

First, Putin in his address, and then Shoigu in his explanation, clearly stated: we need people with combat experience, who have served, strong physically and morally, with certain military specialties. Everything, work conscientiously, recruit as expected and who you need, there should be no problems.

There is also a law on mobilization, all clarifications have already been published. But.

Here is an example from Buryatia. Here, among others, 70 fathers with many children were mobilized (if there are four or more children, a person is not subject to mobilization). The story came out noisy, and the head of the region, Alexei Tsydenov, wrote on the social network: “Summons were issued, including to such conscripts. But then, after clarifying the data, they were allowed to go home.

In the morning, seventy such people who received summons were sent home. And from collection points, and already from the military unit.

Did you pay attention? “Already from the military unit”? And in the military registration and enlistment office it was impossible to clarify the data? Not to mention the fact that with a normal organization of work, having up-to-date lists of conscripts and reservists, people who are registered with the military would not be sent to such citizens at all.

Tsydenov politely wrote: “At the republican draft commission, the attention of responsible persons was drawn to a more careful execution of agendas.” Simply put, the authorities reacted in time and put them in the military registration and enlistment offices. Interesting, will it help?

This is not an isolated case. And there are also the opposite ones – when they do not take those who themselves came and are quite suitable.

There are obvious reasons: the lists in the military registration and enlistment offices have not been updated for a long time, the digitalization of these institutions varies greatly from region to region, the salaries there are also so-so – monetary motivation is clearly not up to par. And, of course, mobilization is a new thing, you can’t do without jambs (the question is their number and the speed of their correction). And there are invisible ones. But extremely characteristic for our bureaucratic machine. The above.

Well, what is there, to get a grasp of personal affairs? Gotta make a plan. And then send a beautiful report with beautiful numbers upstairs. You can’t upset your boss. And what is there in reality is no longer important.

But it’s important. Archival.

At the front, they are waiting for those who will be able to replace the rotation unit in the near future, to strengthen those units where there is a shortage. And not those who write a search query “how to jump off an armored personnel carrier if your knees hurt.” It is clear what will happen if a reserve of such quality comes instead of real fighters?

The society, the country, also does not really understand the tactics of mobilization, which so far is built on the principle of “whom God will send to.” This causes justified dissatisfaction.

The Ukrainian fighters of the information front and their liberal Russian associates are rubbing their hands contentedly. The expanse is for discrediting the hated “Rashki”.

Yes, not all military registration and enlistment offices are a mess. Somewhere the work is going on clearly, like Soviet-made “Commander’s” watches.

But either it will be adjusted everywhere and in the very next few days as it should be, or problems will begin to grow according to the chain reaction algorithm. It will be much more difficult for the authorities to deal with them than it is now to show integrity and finally start looking not at reports and graphs, but at people.
