The Russian Unicredit Bank, a subsidiary of the Italian group UniCredit, increased its profit to 56.5 billion rubles in 2022. This is four times more than in 2021. The bank’s clients withdrew about a quarter of the funds from their accounts – 240 billion rubles.

The bank’s assets for 2022, according to reports, decreased by 17%, to 1 trillion rubles. The loan portfolio of the organization decreased by 27%, to 699.65 billion rubles. The bank’s net interest income increased by a third to RUB 48.4 billion.

In 2022, about 6.5 billion rubles were allocated to reserves. In 2021, 575.4 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. Provisions for loan losses for the second reporting year remain at the level of 1 billion rubles.
