Prigozhin proposed to mobilize the security forces first

The press service of the Concord company reported that its head Yevgeny Prigozhin agreed with the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov on the issue of the order of mobilization in Russia, also stating that the military and representatives of law enforcement agencies.
The company’s social media statement cites Prigozhin’s answer to the question of who should be mobilized first. In his opinion, the first should be retired servicemen – “those who have received benefits from the Ministry of Defense and from their country all their lives.”
“Especially those who dishonestly terminated the contract after February 24,” Prigozhin said.
Also, in his opinion, “representatives of state structures and law enforcement agencies” should be in the forefront of mobilization. Prigozhin stressed that he cannot but agree with Kadyrov on this issue.
“And last but not least, mobilize those who have never held a machine gun in their hands,” Prigozhin added, pointing out that he also includes former conscripts who had no combat experience in this category.
