The founder of the Interros group, Vladimir Potanin, sold a 7.5% stake in Rosbank to the investment company Rusfinance, should from the materials of the corporate information disclosure center.

In September, Vladimir Potanin's Interros began the process of transferring up to 50% of Rosbank's shares to the endowment of the Potanin Charitable Foundation. The businessman reported that the fund's target capital would reach the planned amount of 100 billion rubles, "which will ensure the financial stability and long-term nature of its charitable programs."

Potanin also clarified that up to 10% of Rosbank's shares owned by Interros will be directed to an incentive program for employees. According to him, they will receive a CFA on the shares of the bank, which will make them the beneficiaries of his business. In his statement, Potanin called it "people's capitalism".

In May, Interros and Societe Generale completed a deal to sell the French banking group's stake in Rosbank and the insurance business. The share of Societe Generale in Rosbank was 99.4%. On April 11, the group announced that it was ending its banking and insurance activities in Russia.
