Pornhub will provide psychological help to those who are looking for child porn

Pornhub partners with charities to combat child sexual abuse content, reports The Guardian.
Back in March, MindGeek, which owns the portal, introduced a chatbot to the site that tracked what words and expressions were used by those users who searched for child porn on Pornhub. As a result, about 28,000 words were identified, upon entering which from now on the user will be shown a message stating that his search did not return results and that he is trying to find illegal content. Immediately after that, the user will be redirected to a chat with the Pornhub support service, where they will have a conversation with him about his behavior and offer psychological help from the Stop it now! (“Stop immediately!”).
According to a chatbot activated by Pornhub this spring, there are about 175,000 queries per month in the UK alone that could be related to child sexual abuse.
In June of this year, the New Yorker magazine published an investigation according to which MindGeek has allowed underage videos to appear on the pages of its porn sites for years and almost does not respond to complaints. Shortly thereafter followed resignations MindGeek CEO Feras Antun and CEO David Tassillo.
