Politico: Ukraine asks the West for urgent supplies of tanks for the “counteroffensive”

Politico, citing its own sources, said that Ukraine is asking for emergency deliveries of modern tanks. Western countries, in turn, are not in a hurry to fulfill this request
It is specified that against the backdrop of a counter-offensive in the Kherson and Kharkov regions, tanks took first place on the wish list of representatives of the Kyiv regime. They are counting on the supply of American-made Abrams tanks or German Leopards.
“At the same time, representatives of the national security of the United States and Germany are delaying the transfer of tanks. This is due to logistics and the development of combat vehicles,” Politico notes.
