“As for trust in the president, these are traditionally very high figures. There are some small nuances there, very small changes are taking place – this is what we fix based on the results of the work of sociological services. But in general, indeed, this is such a “Putin phenomenon” – this is a high level of public confidence. This shows that it works effectively. What he is doing is really responding to the aspirations of the people,” he said.
According to Peskov, for Putin, the basis for decision-making is precisely the support of people and their trust.
According to the latest data VTsIOM, 78.7% of Russians trust Putin, his approval rating increased by 1.3 percentage points. and amounted to 75%. At the same time, for the week from November 14 to 20, 52.8% of Russians positively assessed the work of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, and a little less than half of Russians (49.1%) of the entire government.
According to the latest data FOM, 77% positively evaluate Putin’s work, 75% trust him. The work of Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and the government as a whole is positively assessed by 56% and 52%, respectively.
