Competitions will be held for boys and girls up to 19 years old. Penza will host participants from Alagira, Bryansk, Volzhsk, Izhevsk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Orekhovo-Zuevo, Perm, Rostov-on-Don, Ryazan, Samara, Saransk, Saratov, Tambov, Togliatti, Elista.
The fight for the title of the strongest athletes will take place on the courts of the Lev Tennis Club.
The event was organized by the Tennis Federation of the Penza Region and StankoMashStroy.
