Partial mobilization: results of the first week

On Wednesday, September 28, at 2:00 pm, an exclusive live broadcast will be held on VKontakte from the MK press center, dedicated to partial mobilization, its goals and objectives.

On September 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin, by his decree, announced a partial mobilization in the country. He connected it with the need to fully fulfill the tasks of the special military operation in Ukraine and Donbass, which has been ongoing since February 24. The President, and after him, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu spoke about why partial mobilization is necessary and who is subject to conscription. In particular, it was noted that citizens who have served their military service, have a military registration specialty, and preferably with combat experience, are subject to mobilization. After mobilization, all of them will undergo military training before being sent to the zone of special military operation. The servicemen recruited by mobilization will receive all the benefits and rights that contract servicemen enjoy.

At the same time, the first days of partial mobilization showed that not all military registration and enlistment offices correctly understood the instructions of the leadership. Cases have been noted when citizens who, according to the law, have a temporary reprieve, were enrolled in the mobilized.

How will partial mobilization proceed further? What recommendations should be taken into account by the mobilized? How should they organize their training?

These and other questions will be answered on September 28 at 14:00 by: Editor-in-Chief of the Veteranskie Vesti Media Holding, combat veteran Vyacheslav Kalinin and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the All-Russian Public Organization OFFICERS OF RUSSIA, retired Major General Alexander Mikhailov.
