On the site of the educational complex "On Sparrow Hills" as part of the celebration of the City Day, a big concert was held by the Song and Dance Ensemble named after V. S. Loktev.

Young artists, together with the graduates of the ensemble of past years, performed songs by the best Soviet composers - Arno Babadzhanyan, Yuri Chichkov, Alexandra Pakhmutova. And the guests of the holiday, together with the children, sang such well-known and beloved songs as the Moscow anthem “I traveled a lot around the world ...” to the music of Isaac Dunayevsky.

“We try to maintain an atmosphere of creativity and celebration at all our performances,” said the head of the Song and Dance Ensemble named after V.S. Elbow of the Vorobyovy Gory Educational Complex Leonid Fradkin. - It is very pleasant that through songs it is possible to educate children in love for the Motherland, to help them study the culture of the country, its history and traditions.
