From January 21 to January 27, the Central Bank did not carry out settlements on the sale of yuan due to the Chinese New Year.

From January 13 to February 6, within the framework of the budget rule, the Ministry of Finance is going to sell foreign currency in the amount of 64.5 billion rubles. The volume of daily trading will be about 3.2 billion rubles.

Yesterday, January 30, dollar and euro updated highs since the beginning of January, exceeding 70 and 76 rubles. The sale of currency within the framework of the budget rule is used, among other things, to stabilize the exchange rate of the national currency.
