“Here with us are people who have reached the highest peaks, become world, Olympic champions, won a huge number of prizes and medals,” Alexander Osipov addressed the pupils of the center. “They are ready to share this great strength and energy, they do not hide any secrets of their professional skills, they treat you with love, so we will create all the opportunities for you.”





A native of Transbaikalia, the world professional boxing champion Alexander Bakhtin said that he felt great joy for the children, who now have the opportunity to train in comfortable and safe conditions.

“I want to thank everyone involved in the opening of such a magnificent sports center! I am very pleased and excited to be here today. I want to wish that as many children as possible come to these halls, that they are trained by qualified specialists, and that the young athletes themselves take the top places on the pedestals,” he said.

“Today is a significant day for the Trans-Baikal sports,” the President of the Regional Wrestling Federation, Dashinima Batobolotov, shared his opinion. “Such a wonderful hall is opening and, I think, only worthy guys will come out of it, who will represent the Trans-Baikal Territory and our country.”





According to Yulia Shabala, Deputy Director General of the Udokan Med company, the creation of the Udokan sports complex will open the way to big-time sports for hundreds of young people.

“And even if not everyone chooses a career as an athlete, regular training, overcoming difficulties, the ability to set goals and win is a contribution to the development of a harmonious and successful personality. Therefore, supporting sports for us as a company, for our shareholders is one of the priority areas of social policy,” she concluded.





The sports center “Udokan” for young Transbaikalians has become not only a place of power, but also a ticket to a great sports future. Today, 715 children and teenagers are engaged in the center, and 14 trainers work with them.

The coach-teacher of the SShOR Alexei Rachenko admitted that the new gyms for him and his students have already become family.

“The kids love everything. Before that, we practiced literally in the basements, now there is more light and space. The area is enough for a small room with a separate room with a simulator. We have about 40 people involved,” he said.
