The Slovak operator Transpetrol announced that today the pumping of Russian oil through the territory of Ukraine towards the Czech Republic will be resumed.

The statement says that the pumping of oil to the Czech Republic through the southern branch of the Druzhba will resume at 21:00 Moscow time.

Recall that on August 4, the Ukrainian company Ukrtransnafta stopped the pumping of Russian oil to Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia, due to the fact that the Russian company Transneft could not pay for transit services due to sanctions. After that, the Hungarian company MOL and the Slovak plant Slovnaft volunteered to pay for the transit themselves. As a result, earlier the southern branch of “Friendship” earned in the direction of Slovakia and Hungary.
